Financial Pressure

One of the things that can cause tremendous pressure and hardship in marriage is debt, but this doesn't have to be the case.

You might be facing financial pressures at the moment and as a result bills are left unpaid and you keep charging your credit card on consumables.

But this is not a time to blame each other, play the silent game, or leave the issue to just one person to handle.

This is a time to talk together and draw closer than you ever were. Learn to agree on what to do, be both fully involved.

Pray for God’s wisdom to help, seek financial advice if you need to. No matter how bad things might look, you can learn not to worsen it.

God wants you debt free. He will teach you not to live above your means, and how to increase your means.

God cares about your finances and as you acknowledge God, He will lead, guide, provide for you and show you the way out of debt.

Keep your friendship with your spouse strong through this time, you will be glad you did.

It’s not a time to separate but a time to unite in love.
