There Is Power In His Name

The name of the Lord was so awesome to the people of Israel in the Old Testament, they never played with God’s Name, they saw it as so awesome, something to be hallowed. They knew it represented the very fullness of God. All of God’s power is in His Name, His essence, His integrity, all that He was, is and ever will be is in His Name.

There is power in the name of Jesus. The Word of God of says, Jesus has been highly exalted and given the Name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, knees in heaven, on earth and under the earth.

The name carries an authority like no other name, principalities and power answer to His name.

We are called by that name, we are to believe in His name, to worship the name of Jesus, to bow, to revere, to honour, and put our trust in His name. The name of the Lord is our strong tower, a tower to run to for protection and deliverance. There is safety in the name of Jesus. We must believe in all the word of God says about the name of Jesus for it to work for us, we must put our trust in His name knowing that our help is in His Name.

And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I WILL DO IT. John 14:13,14

This is dynamite in the hand of a believer, God means exactly what He said. We need to hold firmly to that word, talk it, think and act as if it is the truth. That is a powerful key for your healing and victory.

Be ready to hold on and stand on that word for as long as it takes. There is victory in the name of the Lord.

You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. John 15:16

“And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. “Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full. John16:23, 24

That is a strong promise, it says God will give you, not only is God powerful enough to give you a child He is also willing to do it. When you pray in the Name of Jesus you are guaranteed to receive, when you ask in His Name you will receive. Sow this powerful word into your heart, use it to build up your faith in God until you become established and immovable and most assuredly the word will begin to produce a harvest in your area of need.

It Will Work For You

Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. And a certain lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple; who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms. And fixing His eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.” So he gave them his attention expecting to receive something from them. Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and anklebones received strength. So he leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them-walking, leaping, and praising God. Acts 3:1- 8

Here we read the case of a man who was crippled from birth, everyone had given up on him ever walking including members of his Church. All that changed due to two men who knew and believed in the power in the name of Jesus and were bold enough to put that power to work. They started by stirring the faith and expectation of the man, they then spoke the word with all authority and confidence. They were fully persuaded of the goodness and willingness of God to heal.

Arise in faith cast away every hopelessness and unbelief as far as the Name of Jesus is concerned. Begin your day by saying:

Lord I believe in the power in the name of Jesus. That name is above every name; it is above every sickness, and every power of darkness that is trying to stop me from having a child of my own. I declare in Jesus mighty Name healing and wholeness to my body, my mind, my seed. I thank you Lord for my victory in Jesus name. Amen.

‘In Jesus Name’ is no longer a phrase that is meant to just conclude your prayer, but your power and connection to heavenly anointing to release God’s glory into your life and situation.

Get Ready

“And His name, through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. Acts 3:16

Get ready for the same to happen to you for God is no respecter of persons, begin to adjust your heart and to believe in the name of Jesus and Your faith will connect you with the electricity of heaven that destroys yokes and removes burdens.

Your miracle is inevitable.
